You will need to use this extra click for this. The time needed to make this possible makes this a really low priority. In fact, it has no priority indication at all.

Select level 0 to include building costs.

Useful notes:
For building costs, Marquess bonus is taken in mind (30%). 15% till there is not taken in mind. To get this bonus, you need to use a port controlled by your country.
For upgrades costs, only Marquess bonus matters.

1.8.196: Automatic attributes upgrade is now possible!

This feature took us MANY hours of work. It was something we wanted to do for years. Today, we present it to you!
It only increased the game version by 0.0.1 but the work, just like Ship Calculator and Mass Ships upgrade.

These 3 tools, could easily count as a MAJOR feature (a 1.0.0 increase). However, we do not intend to increase the game version yet as we are nearing version 2.0 and we need to add extraordinary things to make it to 2.

would it be possible to make option 8 a selection - automatic even distribution - or unassigned

Nice! Thanks CJ. Will have to play around with this one. Especially test how points get "evenly distributed" and to where when lets say you have less then even amount of points. I look forward to playing around with it.
