a)The patrol implementation for extra targets in the lines Hawk suggested and according to how discussion evolved is imminent. We are currently working on it.

b)Easy report button for possible danger/etc milking is under implementation too. We will also add a tool that anyone will be able to use on anyone and which will list our current data on possible multi players. IPs will not be visible; instead we will show critical flags, sufficient to give you an overall idea of whether or not target player is playing fairly. Sample flags will be as follows:
-Flag for same IP
-Flag for same IP at least 1 time
-Flag for shared PC usage
-Flag if there has been at least 1 present exchange
-Flag if there has been at least one battle between them
-COMPLETE history of all battles between suspected players in the same fashion Port Battles work, for all ports.
-Voodoo usgae history for players with same IP flag.

c)New players will get a 24hour protection where they will be able to only battle with players between 10 000 fame

The current implementations will all reduce our workload on monitoring which has grown considerably lately. It will also result in a more transparent environment for everyone.

I've exhausted all options conceivable to me to find the formula for officer cost increase. I have even attempted to figure it out mathematically and come to the conclusion (with help) that I must be over-thinking it. Could someone please describe how each officer's cost formula works and whether it is one formula for all and whether it is based on a root number for each or for all and what the root number(s) is/are if applicable. I want to be able to predict officer costs for my guild members based on their current staff and offer them reasonable growth expectations.

Each officer has his own formula. The cost for the new officer of each is calculated as shown below:

Captains = (Current Number of Captains + 1)^1.5 * 400
Admirals = (Current Number of Captains + 1)^1.5 * 2000
Merchants = (Current Number of Captains + 1)^1.5 * 1000

These are the current formulas and are subject to change. If any changes occur, you will be notified as always.

As a result of the new Send Credits feature, from now on, sending credits through card market is prohibited. Use the feature instead.

Let us know if you find any malfunctions within the feature itself.

Conspiracy voodoo card implemented. This one was a hard to implement as we never had a nation-wide affecting card before.
Eventually we made the effect to top10 most influential persons instead of all for computing and balancing reasons.
For this reason we flagged it as an uncommon instead of the proposed rare type.

This card should be mostly useful to limit Charity Donation hoarders evading any defence cards. Only own spells may affect this card failure (such as confuse for the moment).

This card will be mostly useful for country missions. At least 3 of the missions will require you to improve your nation ranking at a specific port and so this card might prove crucial.

Finally, we have added 5 cards of those into the Trade Market. This is a practice we will follow for all newly released voodoo from now on.

New Feature: QuarterMaster
From now on, your first page upon login, will be the Quartermaster.
The quartermaster creates daily informative reports for you.

New metric: DAYS. Each day from now on is counted. A day ends at the daily update and this is where a new day ends. We will start the counter from 1. First day is today.

Daily update: There always has been a daily update. There are several things that happen during the daily update right now. The most notorious include; Market restock, Market repricing, Daily Upkeep and Fame from Romance.

New metric; Fame difference since last day. Soon it will also be added in more places.

World name set as Pirates Glory. However we want a different name for the World than the Game name. This name will be soon replaced with the name chosen through the contest here

New Feature: Demographics

Demographics data from the game. Link has been positioned to the right hand menu at Tavern page.

It lists various data, including richest player. This is something we deemed important for a long time now and among the top reasons on why we created this list. Only the richest player will be shared publicly and there are a series of balancing reasons on to why this is necessary.

New feature: Wishlist

All players are now able to maintain their wishlist for the Card Trade Market.
Each personal wishlist affected the Global Wishlist.

Players will be able to use the Global Wishlist to get an idea on which cards are mostly wanted. The list is sorted by popularity.

In the same nature, you will be able to use the Wishlist to declare interest on a card, hoping to get more auctions of this card in the near future.

Each new entry has a life of 7 days. A player may renew his interest at anytime. If he does not, then his entry will be automatically removed once the 7 days pass. A player will also be able to remove an entry before the expiration time.

A card will only appear in the global wishlist when there is at least one person wanting it. If more than 30 different cards exist globally, then only the 30 most popular cards will show.

Future Version updates of Wishlist feature:
-Include top entries in Quartermaster page
-Automatic bonus to popularity through AI analyzation of activity in the market.

We are also going to add a SEARCH feature for the card market till Monday. It is currently half done.
