Several players here I've fought wars against, raided etc.

USVI is a big nation. I believe most players in there, sometime, had a fight, ships stolen involved.

To put things in an order I didn't say that at all. I said that when I attacked Ravanna woe aka a vudu member stole her ships. Then Ravanna joined USVI aka a nation that his king is in vudu.

Logic says that when you a "new comer" have someone steal your precious ships that it's where you invest all your money, you not going to be friends with those people. Of course you can be friends if those veterans speak with you se you a newbie and send gold or ships back. Did any of these happen with Ravanna?

Hightop is getting milked for the last 9 months. By losing enormous amounts of resources without doing any serious damage. Just like he is bot only flagging us.

Our long experience in game administration, has shown us that cheaters will try to bypass this rule to their own benefit. Therefore we have created a more detailed entry for this rule for everyone to be aware of what is allowed and what is not.

Before giving details, we would like to share our experience with you. The main violators of this rule, constitute to less than 1% of the playerbase. The rest don't really need to read this. Just play your game normally. Sometimes, it might be as low as 1 violator per 1000 players. The common trait of the violators is that they are uncompetitive players that manage to be competitive by taking severe advantage of other players or accounts they create alone.

Once such a player is detected, he will be banned permanently, at most cases with no warning before hand. We will not wait till such a player has conducted a major violation. We will not accept nurturing by anyone while taking decisions on this rule violation but generally you should expect the harshest of penalties as such a violation breaks down the competitive spirit of the game.

Here is a common list of when a milking/pushing rule violation occurs:

Someone...
-Uses multiple accounts.
-Utilizes friends that want to retire.
-Utilizes friends that want to play for him.
-Constantly takes advantage of his friends.

As you can see, unless this is a danger manipulation case or an arrangement to pass voodoo curses through the player market, we will rate whether or not you have violated this case taking in mind your character stature.

This is important because it is normal (for example) for an advanced player to allow a guild mate / friend to commandeer one of his ships. In the same time, if this is done by a smaller player (or even worse, a newcomer) in favour of an advanced player, this is blatant milking.

You can expect us biased against you if you are an advanced player. One violation is not regarded as one violation; it will be regarded like you have been doing this for a long time and you were caught now. This is why the penalties will be really harsh.

Generally, we do not want such players in our game so we will not be reserving our penalties at all.

Do expect to lose your character in most cases where a violation occurs.
If you don't want to risk it, don't violate this rule.

If you are reporting a milking violation, keep your judgment to yourself and in private. Also, read this. We have no need for any nurturing and common practices like 10 people reporting the same violation will not change any judgment. We will investigate and judge on the action itself and not the popularity it has gotten.

You may not contact us asking if a particular action constitutes a milking violation. If you have to ask, then most probably YES, it does.

Some Common FaQ about Milking/Pushing

-What MILKING is?

Think of an account that acts like a COW. It provides wealth and then one or more accounts MILK this wealth. This is called MILKING and this is not allowed, no matter who the account owner is.

-What PUSHING is?

Pushing is when one or more accounts either through MILKING or through constant aid feed a much stronger account than them. This is prohibited.

-Am I allowed to arrange a battle with a friend?
No you are not. Danger manipulation in general is prohibited, this includes battles setup in order to get rid of it or even complete a mission easier.

-Am I allowed to setup a trade with a friend through the market?
No you are not. The market auctions must always remain anonymous. Auction arrangements are prohibited.

-Am I allowed to gift one of my ships ?
Only through Commandeer card in the case you want to help a newcomer or a friend in need or during a trade.

-Are there any regulations for trading with commandeer card?
No. You are free to do whichever trades you want following the base rule that each account must be played to its full benefit.

-May I aid someone by voodoo?
As long as there are no multiplaying suspicions, you are free to cast as many voodoo you want. Keep in mind that solely doing this towards a specific player(s) or maintaining your account only for this purpose, falls into the milking/pushing rule and it is prohibited. If an account is considerably weaker than yours, you may aid it as much as you want, even if you are marked as multi-accounts in same pc, but it cannot happen the other way around.
