A reminder - buying a new computer.

Placing out a reminder that may be worth to consider.

Reminder doesn't state anything about the quality of the product mentioned but rather a personal experience that should be considered.

Bought a Pinebook a few days ago but were forced to sell it today and buy a new laptop. After three minutes my eyes were
burning and after eight I had a skull splintering headache. Tried to let a couple friends of mine try out the Pinebook and they
did not notice anything and found the screen to be very pleasant and clear.

Only difference between me and them is that I did a LASIK surgery three years ago whilst they haven't had any. One of the side effects I
had from it was the segregation of my side vision and clear vision vanished (everything sharp and clear). And it may be the reason
for reacting so violently on the pinebook.

I'd say, some of the Asus laptops are actually worth the money, spec wise. Not the highend laptops tho.

$100 USD is a great price no doubt.

In terms of the specs of comparison to all the "book" laptop it is a very solid selling point. My only dislike is the OS Linux, but I see possible android configuration. (But not a huge fan of that either usually)

Worth the risk for $100 IMO.

Valar- from the specs on line it seems to be a normal LCD screen, do you notice any issues with TV's at home if you have still have a LCD

You both are comparing Honda civics to a Ferrari 488 lol, anytime someone buys a book they should know it is designed literally for click and point browsing. Videos, gaming anything of that nature is just going to drive you nuts.
