Regarding Hitler, one woman actually made a town surrender as it was where Hitler was born and the image of it would be bad enough... It was the midwife of Hitler that made the town surrender and she personally stated something along these lines.

BS question to begin with because no one would know the future. Furthermore, if someone knew the future, and did something to prevent it, you have yourself an instant paradox as the future they saw would no longer be true.

if someone came from the future to kill someone or to fix a major problem that problem would never occur so they wouldnt ever be able to come back in time and kill that person or fix that one thing causing an instant paradox

In psychology, this is called hindsight bias. It means the illusion that one could have predicted a result and prevented it at the time of occurrence. Even if I knew what the baby would do, I wouldn't kill a newborn and killing Hitler would also result in a change in history and I don't want to mess with that
