Does anyone have a way to contact who would be customer support? I have messaged the Admins and sent and email and have not heard back. Is there any other way?

Either way if they're not responding yet they will try to get back to you as soon as possible for them. Other than messaging the admins and sending them and e-mail (webmaster@piratesglory.com) there's no other way to directly contact them. If you clicked the "contact us" link at the bottom it gives you the option of both sending an email and in-game message.

Yea no problem. I actually had to do a bit of searching to find it again. In the end I went to the terms of service page which their email was embedded in the legal language somewhere.

Contact us link is the best way to reach us. We usually respond in 24hours unless it is an issue that we will consider of low priority.
