The bottom 50% paid 3.04% of tax revenue. - $ 43 billion

So more that half of all government revenue come from the top 5% of earners. Sheesh, how much more of "their fair share" do they need to pay to make you happy lmao!

Well, the top 1% has more combined money than the entire bottom 50%.

A lot of billionaires use tax loopholes that let them pay less.

Here is a fun fact:

Jeff Bezos makes enough income after tax EACH MINUTE to pay for someone's full 4-year Harvard tuition.

And all his Amazon warehouse workers are paid barely over minimum wage, plus are forced into terrible working conditions. Couldn't someone with that much money give workers decent pay and better working conditions? I would say that if he is making that much money after taxes, he isn't paying his fair share.
