I saw that someone placed 17M in bounties as well, just before you retaliated. I think it was 12M @ 120K per Ship Plunder and 5M @ 500k per Fugitive from Justice. The Ship Plunder bounty is gone, so some seriously devastating losses (100 ships). The Fugitive from Justice bounty still has 3M left.
