MLK proved you could make your point and take a stand against injustice without rioting and violence. So anyone who wants to claim that rioting is to get attention is full of it. If folks were to just use their damn brain and think a little, they could find out ways to non-violently change things.

Also, do you not understand just how damaging it can be when idiots burn down big businesses like Target or Walmart, that just because they have money to rebuild it's mostly harmless? Sure they have the money to rebuild fairly easily, but think about this- do you think that those businesses are going to rebuild in the same area that LITERALLY just burned down their building in the first place? Why on earth would they do that, and risk it being burned down again the next time the locals throw a hissy fit? No, anyone with sense would leave that area for a better one. Taking with them jobs, goods, and services, which hurt the community.

I happen to live in the area that this affected and I can tell you that two targets two walmarts and one aldi are ALL REBUILDING in the same location.

MLK is just so easy for white people to like because he talks about love and compassion and all that but Malcom X talked about defending yourself and taking a stand and white people are scared of that.

Imagine this- you meet a man who says the following. "I'm not saying blacks and whites shouldn't marry, BUT wouldnt want my kids to marry another color."

Why anyone seems to think it was a bad thing to have him killed is beyond me, aside from being biased because Trump killed him. Illegal immigrants brought it on themselves? Talk about heartless! I'd like to point out that Trump also blocked thousands of Syrian refugees seeking asylum from entering because he thought they were terrorists.

So many people that enter illegally would have been killed if not for them entering. And they died anyway. So did they bring it on themselves? Also, I know that you are against illegal immigrants being paid below minimum wage, so it may interest you to know that about 90% of the employees at Mar a Lago and about 75% at Trump tower NY are illegal Mexican immigrants getting paid 85 cents an hour.
