Biden isn't socialist.

As much as you or I would love to think that, Biden is one of the most moderate democrats alive.

Biden was probably a moderate in his youth.

Biden is a soft socialist, not as hardcore as say AOC or Bernie, but his policies and viewpoints are the building blocks of full on socialism.

No. Federal Public education sucks. Education is not in the purview of the Federal Government and should be left to the States and local government to oversee.

Don't really care. We have millions of acres of parks. Do we really need more?

Not all homeless shelters are government run. In fact many soup kitchens and homeless shelters are run by non-profit or religious backed orgs. Homelessness in most circumstances is a problem caused by government.

Because the Federal Government shouldn't be involved in that. Those are all concerns for the individual states and nothing that the Federal Government should be involved in. More government is a major step toward socialism.

Yes schools should be left to local governments, but there should be no federal regulations/guidelines because the Constitution does not grant the Federal Government that oversight.

Read the Constitution and provide where it says the Federal Government can regulate education.

I'll give you a heads up, it doesn't. It does however include this great section that says in so many words that any rights not expressly given to the Federal Government belong to the States.

The reason I think the federal government should have SOME say in how schools operate is so that a bunch of cities can't just decide they want to eliminate public schools, for instance, or stop providing lunches. I'm not talking big federal regulations, but just a few to keep the individual cities/states on the right track.
