Democratic 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden said during a debate that "150 million people have been killed [by guns] since 2007 when Bernie voted to exempt the gun manufacturers from liability, more than all the wars, including Vietnam from that point on."

For those who thought it was Thanos that snapped 1/2 of America away in the last 10 years... nope it was gun violence in the US :D

Yeah, he's made quite a few similar gaffs and mistakes. I tend to want to give folks the benefit of the doubt, so a slip up here or there is fine, but at this point, I simply can not believe it's just slip ups or misspeaking. Man clearly is losing his mind.

And like shadow said. A vote for him is a vote for his VP to lead.

I don't really like trump too much myself, but frankly, between him and Biden, Trump is the one who I think will do a better job. With the way Biden's memory and mind is going, he just isn't fit for any office, let alone the presidency.

I agree Mel, I vote in two countries and for the last 2 decades, more often than not it comes down to which is the worse candidate!

I am an independent. I don’t buy into the Democrats view but with how the Republican Party is behaving and doing things, I just have no confidence or respect for the current party or at least for how it’s leadership is leading it.

As registered independent, i always voted the person not the party... Sadly i don't think i can vote democrat anymore just out of fear of them having to many numbers to support those with socialist ideals... they have gone too far to happy fun land. No more logic in any decision.

I voted Obama, didnt like the way he ran things, we got very divided very quickly, i voted trump, i like what he has done, his mouth is his worst enemy but his policies are right on, just imagine what his administration could have gotten done if half the govt werent actively trying to block him, impeach him, investigate him etc... which has also turned me off from the dems.

Biden Quote of the day:

"We have this notion that somehow if your poor, you cannot do it. Poor kids are just as talented, just as bright as white kids"

Now, I'm not a fan of Biden. He has several sexual harassment/assault allegations pending against him, plus he's boring and doesn't care about what young people - the generation that will be most affected by his decisions - wants. In fact, he's like the definition of the person you get in a political debate with and end it by saying "ok boomer" to.

But then I look at Trump. He also has several sexual assault allegations against him. He denied asylum to peaceful refugees based on prejudice and stereotypes, resulting in thousands of children being separated from their families, many even died. Aside from his horrible handling from immigration, I believe that anyone who brags about their IQ should not be president. There's just no room in politics for Trump's massive ego. He has several times asked foreign leaders help him win the election (which is, by the way, highly illegal). He is racist. I know this is a strong claim, but look. He put travel banns in place that stopped travel from several countries that were Muslim majority. He claimed that many shooters and otherwise terrorists were Muslim or from one of those countries even if they weren't to try to prove that Islam is a terrorist organization (which it isn't it's just a religion just like Christianity or Judaism). Now go ahead and excuse all this with some whataboutism. Pick on Hillary's one proven scandal. Then look at this guy. If none of what I said is convincing enough, then I'm probably not going to change your mind. But there's something about him that's just downright shady.

Now, back to Biden. He's a slimy pervert that rides the Obama train, taking all the pride until someone brings up something bad about Obama, then he jumps off. I would never vote for him in the primaries because he's too boring and moderate. But he's still somehow better than the human squirrel hide that's currently in office.

I would have much preferred one of the progressives like Warren or Sanders. Go ahead, call them communists, whatever. But just imagine a country where college was free and racial minorities where able to have the same opportunity as racial majorities. Yes, it would cost the taxpayers a little bit more money, but still less money per person than a college tuition! I'm for environmental cleanup, as well as stricter anti-pollution laws and higher pollution taxes. So hopefully you can see why I'm not much of a Trump fan. If anyone would like, I can post some very shocking stats about climate change and mass extinction. Hopefully that will get people to change.

Hey, I don't like Biden all that much, but I sure as hell don't want Trump. It is my standard that someone who is going to be controlling my country should at least be able to control there hairdo.

:respect

PS

I'm hoping Biden will pick a progressive VP if you know what I mean ;)
