how is the port flag(nationality) calculated?
im sure its either most influential person or nation right? if so then how come tortuga's flag is still Wales? even tho the most influ nation & person in there is from Falkland

It is the total influence of all members of a nation so every citizen of Wales with influence in Tortuga. The flag hasn't changed yet because it updates at midnight, game clock time. And by the way all of my nails are still in the spool. It wasn't me. I just set you away from the center in case anyone else fell in. I suspect PANDAH. It was his mutant worm that made you fall back in.
