For the newsflash, we are preparing it for long, perhaps we might finalize and implement it today ;)
We are also working on an entry version for automated Avonmora Herald so today, we might have 2 big features coming.

After all, that's the 5th day without a big feature coming (last one was Transport Immigrants) and that's a LONG time according to what we have ready for you.

This post is all good news! Thanks a lot :-)

1.8.212: Fixed an issue where players without a guild would receive attack announcements when other players without a guild received attacks.

+1

But perhaps, this could of made a implementation where you can have guild attack notifying and friend list attack notification.

People in friends list - Notification

Code: Select all
March 14, 2017
1.8.263: Fishing Routes are now destroyed if the fishing fleet receives a Plunder Assault.

Since this comes in a middle of a war I want to draw everyone's attention to it.

Traditionally, when wars come, awareness on some issues is highlighted. This is not the first time that in a middle of a war we fix something - please think twice before accusing us of choosing a side.

Believe it or not, we were not aware that Fishing Routes do not stop once an attack is received. So this is a fix in our terms and nothing else.

To some, this explanation might appear as extravagant but we take seriously in mind what is going on in the game for all our moves.

There will be no reversals for this fix as it was as global as it gets and it would be very unfair to step further into it.

As bad as it sounds, I preferred when we had the Voodoo tab linking to the page that gives you options...

However i guess I will have to adapt.

I appreciate your work, of course.

1.8.299: Ship ids greater than 1000 are partially concealed in Players Ships Market.

I caught this in the forums the other day. Numbers beyond 10000 were never supposed to display. In fact, the initial design was to display >10000 for such numbers. So it was a malfunction that so far, you were able to tell the number of the ship on sale.

Plus, we find the tactic that arouse from this piece of information toxic for the market itself. Therefore we stepped in and corrected it.

Now, ships with id up to 1000 will display normally. The rest will be partially concealed with only first digit visible but also the number of digits revealed.

For example, #8756 will appear as #8xxx
While, #143567 will appear as #1xxxxx

Changelog wrote:1.8.300: You can now set your preferred port to Govern. Speak with the Governor once you are have a marquess title or a higher one.

Priority is given to the Governor with the highest influence. The Governor with the highest influence, gets his preferred port. If no priorities are set, current system is used instead (highest pop port to highest influence).

It is scheduled to be valid in the next nations update. Hopefully, it will run without issues but since no beta run has been made, there is a slight case of having issues. We may need to correct them with another extra update (only ranks) tomorrow.

Am I correct in assuming you must be a member of the nation where the port is to be governor of the port you select, assuming of coarse you first have high enough influence to take the office.

To put it another way what would happen if I was a high influence duke of one nation and selected a port from another nation?
