Not sure if this is a bug or some other restriction kicking in :

1.5.20: There is no longer a limit in how many loans a bank can issue per client.


So, I offer a good client their 4th loan and they got this when they tried to take it:

The combination of active loans and loans closed in last 30 days is 3 or more, therefore this contract cannot be validated. You may have up to 3 loans active or closed in 30 days with any bank.


can you clarify if the no limit in number of loans is still over-ridden by this 30 day rule or is there some problem here?

1.5.41: Escaped Skirmishes do not count into statistics anymore.


This was the case for defenders so far but for some reason, not for attackers. We fixed this.
We also have re-calculated all statistics to respect this which means that this has backwards compatibility (hooray!).
Now your win ration will improve ;)

1.5.42: Closed Bank loans now also extend the day by 1.


This happens only on update.

Outstanding loan with a closed bank, do not add any interest. Instead, it skips it with no penalties for the debtor, as he cannot pay even if he wants.
The days however, till expiration day remained the same. This will no longer happen. For every day a bank is closed, all open loans will be extended likewise.

This means that Banks which have lost income from loans issued to players that became inactive (even if this happened a long time ago), they will be able to recover this gold directly from their country's treasury (if the country officials approve it). This is -obviously- effective only for open loans: If you closed such a loan, the insurance will not be activated.

As an inactive player, we regard anyone who has not loggged in his player in the last 30 days.

The Loans Insurance checks run daily, after the loan processing (on daily update, before countries update).

just to clarify : the insurance applies to any loan by an affiliated bank, or only those made to that nations citizens?

The insurance is a deal between Banks and the Nation they belong.

Which means that citizens do not matter at all. The only thing that matters is chairman's nation.
If a chairman changes nation, then the bank automatically is subject to the laws of the new nation.

1.5.45: Country officials now have access to Treasury log.


This log currently has all payments ever made by the treasury to any player. We record them from the beginning and we have not deleted anything so all are there.

Tax income is not recorded there at all. For such information, use the Tax Income chart instead.

The new law, Loans Insurace, will record any payments to Banks there.

Note: Only transfer from Goldsmith to Warehouse is allowed and not the other way around.

A new construction does not take in mind any gold bars in goldsmith space, so you still need to move them to your warehouse in order to use them.
