Discovery is somewhat random. You don't necessarily discover the last ship that was sunk. Would be better to know how many ships are sunk at such port. Eventually we will reach a point where a port may have 0 sunken ships to salvage.

seems right with the the salvaging going on, not sure about use of turns and/ or other costs. i leave that for others
