The past events are wiped until this voodoo is gone. (Comes back after its gone.)

So: While this is active, target can't see active voodoo on himself? Is he notified when voodoo is cast on him? Can guildmates see active voodoo on him? Can anyone see active voodoo on him with "insight"? Is the curse itself visible, so that it can be removed?

Then it's hardly worthy of "Legendary" status. I guess it would be a nuicanse, but it would still be pretty easy to tell what curses are on me. I think it would not be a very valuable card.

Target player can't see active voodoo on them self, but receives a notification that he/she has active voodoo cast on him/her. What is the point of the card?

Aye, the fact you cant see what has just been cast tells you exactly what has just been cast : makes it a nonsense and so of no intrinsic value as a card.
