I think that Stipends should include an option on how often to payout the stipend. Currently, payouts only occur daily. Nations should be able to configure the law to payout on a definable schedule, such as daily, every 2 days, every 3 days, weekly, etc.

Edited to remove some confusion in my suggestion. The occurrence/schedule is not for players ability to collect, but is for the law itself.

It will not be consistent as it will still vary with your tax income and your population.

Would be nice to link it to a bank account though.

It would be consistent. It wouldn't hold the daily amount and pay all at once. It would give the nation the option to pay the stipend on a different schedule instead of daily.

And if you do not have the necessary gold? May be you are suggesting implementing a flat percent of treasury per rank?

I've edited the first post to remove some confusion. I like the current setup of amounts, I just think that the law should include an option to how often stipend payouts occur.

Nation A may want stipend payouts of X amounts once a week.
Nation B may want stipend payouts of X amounts every 3 days.
Nation C may want daily stipend payouts of X amounts.

Currently a nation only has the option to have stipend payouts occur daily.

One of the options I was saddened to see not included. Frequency of payouts would be good addition IMO. Daily, 3 days and weekly would be a nice reasonable range. It would not do much but add some control to the auto function.
