Seems to be an issue with Skirmishes....

I'm a Member of VUDU, yet the game won't allow me to skirmish a particular non-VUDU Member.....

Apparently, also while checking the issue with Meliva, one of my fleets I moved to and from a port didn't show on the corresponding gossip page. A second fleet I sent to the same port in the same manner did however show.

Same.. I cant skirmish her either Skirm maxxed.

Me thinks, she has been skirmished the maximum amount for the day. Therefore she does not show as available.

I remember that not being the case. It would just prompt you that they couldn't be skirmished. Why should the game help you out on when you can skirmish other players?

Seems I am not having this issue, I am able to skirmish her. My guess would be a miscoordination between the skirmish button and her fleet.

it prompts you that the player cant skirmished any more for the day... then once it does that the skirmish option disappears

Interesting. Did not know it did that.

I also disagree with how that functions. The option disappearing is a helping hand to players. If they fail to pay attention then they deserve to get the same message sent back to them on repeated attempts.
