Ship cargo loading

Ok here is the scenario:
Fleet arrives to port to unload warehouse.
Warehouse has 0 resources in it so fleet has 0 cargo.
Fleet has 2 danger so its waiting for danger drop.
Warehouse is refilled with resources.
Danger drops, but fleet sails out with 0 resources.
Seems that the resources exchange is done when the fleet arrives.
If i refill the warehouse before danger drops it should sail out with the new added resources.

In that case you load manually.

That or you set your trade route to "Unload from warehouse, then buy from Market" So if your warehouse is ever empty it will purchase from the Market directly.

But it should not be that way. The ships should double check the cargo before leaving

I think it all depends on when the Danger Rating Pause is checked in the process. I know if you manually pause a trade route, the trade route stops the second the fleet reaches the port. The existing cargo stays on ship and isn't sold until you reactivate the route. I think that the Danger Rating Pause isn't checked until after the cargo is processed. Without knowing the Sequence of Operations for trade routes, there is no way to tell why the danger pause is done the way it is done.

The "Pause Trade Route" is strange too. When pausing a trade route, I'd like all my ships to sell/unload their cargo (as pr. trade route specifications) when they arrive at port. And I do NOT want them to load any cargo again until I reactivate the trade route.
I think it would be best it things were handled is this order, when a ship in a trade route arrives at a port:
1) Sell/unload goods (as pr. trade route specifications)
2) If trade route is paused, wait until it's reactivated
3) If danger is 2+, and trade route is set to halt on danger, wait until danger is 1 or 0
4) Load cargo (as pr. trade route specifications)
5) Set sail for next port in trade route

@Haron
The trade route is an automatic buy/sell. So, when you pause it it cannot go an trade normally as if this would happen then there would be no way to stop your fleet from selling the cargo you currently have on the ships.
@Topic
I will need to check the sequence to be dead certain on what the issue is. From what you write, I make it that the following happens:
-The fleet has as a setting Load from Warehouse
-When it arrives at the port, the Warehouse is empty
-The fleet has danger so it waits it to drop.
-The fleet then departs with empty cargo, no matter if the warehouse was filled in meanwhile.
What you would expect would be the fleet to check for cargo before leaving.
It makes sense. I have prioritized it.

That's correct.
Thank you
