You can’t set yourself up as governor of Seaglory in the chancellors office?

Bumping as this is still an issue. When no valid governor is available/appointed, OP permissions can't be renewed.

Incorrect. In the absence of a governor response within 48 hours, the game defaults and issues a permission for 15 mil GC.
A negotiation reply from a gov will reset the clock as will a renegotiation attempt by the renter. If nether happens in above scenario, the renter is offered a default 15 mil settlement rental agreement in 48 hrs of final correspondence

You would be correct, if another player didn't report to me that when they tried to renegotiate after the non-existent gov didn't respond, they received a blank page.

Ahhh, quite possible as the game is now wanting a Gov to respond somehow. If the re-negotiation attempt had not been preformed by the renter, permission would have been granted by the game itself for the default amount.

Since the renter initiated a 2nd request to re-negotiate to a non entity, the game is now waiting for that non entity to respond .
It still should default in 48 hrs from the renters last comms with the non existent gov

Similar issue - can't pay for op permissions if the rightful king isn't set. The issue became clear a few weeks ago when one country kept flipping between kings and therefor there was no rightful king for an extended period of time and my plantation stopped functioning

It is a consequence of a number of decisions made and implemented to ease the ability to attack and nerf the ability to defend both nation treasuries and ports.

Cant be happy to easily loot a treasury then think about having a whine when it also fecks with running a plant.

Swings and roundabouts.

The rightful king issue sure, but not the other OP issues.

A lack of a governor should not prevent OP permissions from being approved when a rightful king/queen is in position.

Feedback Please.

1) It began by my passing gas while send some fleets on a trade voyage.
2) The result being several plantations in Kanoni were destroyed, or so my events indicated.
I then received a message from the game saying
3) " You do not have a farting permission at Kanoni."
Does anyone know how many gold bars it takes to get that permission?
My apologies for the uncouth events that occurred.

On a side note:
Is there a timeline for the Pirate Daily Diaper availability, that has been delayed by the pandemic?
