Have or has is used with a past participle to form the present perfect tense. This tense designates action which began in the past but continues into the present, or the effect of the action continues into the present.

So, I just noticed that after Nelson took over as king of Channel Island, it calls me the Rightful King. Now, last I checked I was never king, but Queen. So I think it's a typo. Either that or something changed my biology and I haven't noticed yet

IIRC, Rightful King is only Rightful King. It isn't dynamic.

If it were going to be updated to be gender neutral, it could be updated to Rightful Ruler.
