[FIXED] Mass Upgrade button

Any misfunction spotted in the games should be posted here for revision. Taking advantage of any in-game bug can result in account termination. To avoid this, you have to post the bug you found here.

Most probably it is due to the large number of ships you have outside the fleet. I have something to finish on plantations. Then I will work on this fix and then right away to the auto fleet generator feature.
