this is a pretty simple suggestion, but I think a good feature for guilds(and maybe nations) would be to be able to see when someone joined your guild/nation. that way you know exactly how long someone has been a member. and maybe also a way to see past members aswell.

For nations this was suggested under Nation: Stats Update & Event Log.
