As the only practical way to remove us is to pay us to go, then those who wish us gone should consider their offer. I am going way out on a limb here and say if you offered to make an attempt to pay a set amount over a period of time and threw in the towel, you would be left with 2 ports that although extremely weak, would still be in your possession and able to recover in time.
The refusal to acknowledge the wrongs the nation did is like the guy who comes up on parole and will not accept responsibility for his crimes and blames someone else despite being found guilty of the crime.

Offer what they want and define terms for repayment. If you honor the agreement, you might end up farther ahead in the long run with a nation to work with.
Continued refusal to accept the responsibility will result in the total destruction of any ability to recover and the loss of the ports of which already happened a few weeks ago. Only thing that did not change was the color of the flag.

No, I knew it wasn't going to be hidden, I just wanted to recoup any fame lost by my own nation putting bounties on me.
