Please don't bring up ban discussion at the forums. That's not a place to discuss anything about banning.
Since you now must know, Sir Richard Del Rio forum account derives from a new game account he was allowed to make.
The previous bans (for DR manipulation/Multiplay) have not been lifted as they are permanent.

1 week forum ban issued to Sir Richard Del Rio for administration baiting.
