Bank Plunder

A very known bank that works under the Spain's flag: Spanish bank of Santander had its doors closed due to an assault that occurred yesterday, as it appears, by 4 men.
The owner, Sir Jim Hawkins, was seen drinking at the Tavern, with a sad look upon his face. We had the luck to find him, sober, and ask what happened that horrible day, how much pirates were they, what they were wearing, what weapons they used.
Sadly, Sir Jim Hawkins could only see 2 men, those who approached and snatched him, tying him up and grabbing the keys to the safe vault. Those 2 men, after opening the vault, grabbed a big, dirty bag and started to fill it up with gold coins and gold bars, while the other 2 men were guarding the bank's doors. We also got the confirmation that they were using rust and very used cutlasses, one of them, probably their captain, was even using a flintlock. The Royal Army only arrived after the robbers departure.
We will be presenting the description of the men, gave by Sir Jim Hawkins, if someone recognizes please contact the Royal Navy as soon as possible.
Jim Hawkins: One of the men had a .. eh.. black and red zig zag patterned shorts and a floral patterned shirt, green colored. He was also using boots, almost destroyed by the water and the salt from the sea.. he had a big scar, just above his right cheek and had some missing teeth, sadly, couldn't see his face properly. The other one had this big mark on his hand, a big red skull, he was wearing a yellow scarf around his neck and had no left ear.. this one had a light dark red shorts and a sleeveless bright white shirt, not that bright though.. was very dirty.. please, help me find those bilge rats..
