Pirate Flagship

I thought it was unfair that pirates didn't get a special ship as well so here is a request for one
Pirate Flagship: 1,500 hitpoints, cannons 200, speed Very Fast / Impervious to Leviathans! Cannot be commandeered
All pirates could build ONE of these ships in the shipwright. If a player leaves the Pirate Nation the ship disappears. If it is only ship a player has left it could sell itself or something. It could also sell itself when it is stolen by another player. The player simply gets it's value in gold rather than the ship. It would need to be unleviathanable and for that reason I made it a bit weaker than the Man O War. Faster though, here's how it would look in the shipwright screen:
Pirate Flagship - 200 turns - 900,000 gold - 2,500 wood - 1,000 iron - 800 tools - 650 cotton
I posted about this already but here is the "official topic". What do you guys think?

it shud be something that costs much less then a large frigate, but is just a bit more powerful. strong enough to beat a sotl 1v1 with bless vs no drums of war.
this would only be fair if saying something like, cant be hit with levi....

Flagship implies "most expensive and impressive". I wouldn't like to see a Flagship that doesn't hold true to that tradition. It should have some kind of advantage that puts it almost on par with the Man of War. First strike is the obvious answer. When it is involved in a fight, the opponent doesn't get a final blow if his hitpoints have been depleted. Obviously, he's too busy handing over his loot.
Hey! Something is wrong here. Why are ships not getting boarded and resistance fighting taking place? Oh, another topic maybe.

what are u talking about! the black pearl and all the truly great pirate ships were way less expensive then british warships. but they were cool enouggh to win their battles anyways

Wasn't it sometimes a matter of luck, gut and nerve if they won?
Maybe give it a randomized factor that will generate on every fight and could see you getting first strike, increase to turning speed for the fights duration or damage increase, attribute it to the skill of the pirate that is at the helm and call it pirate tricks or something, maybe a pirate specific attribute on ships, so they can "mod" ones they taken from other nations.

Hmm not sure if its still on topic.
Could you potentially raise the attribute cap for a pirate, so keep the hard cap for the ship at 60 attribute points still but maybe raise the individual caps to 12 for instance so that pirates could gain a slight advantage and the cost of something else. Could add more diversity than 2 60stat sol fleets squaring off, if each ship in the fleet had its attribute points spent slightly differently then you would be able to make interesting combos and by going over battle logs come up with the best combination for taking down enemy fleets.

Something like that could be it's ability when ship abilities come out

I think that the pirate flagship when going into battle should have a lot of luck going on (a lot of rolls) Like rolling for first hit and rolling for extra damage and avoiding a final blow and pulling off incredible victories but it should not automaticlly be as strong or expensive as a mow. it should also have a chance to fight off a leviathan. It should be like the black pearl which is a rlly good example for a ship like this

Giving such a ship to pirates could be the tombstone of any tactics in merchant fleets. Most just pull 5 weak large merchantmen but I know a selected few that have invested/investing into creating escorts for their trading fleets.
Also, making a pirate able to compete a full war fleet won't help in the right direction. As I have said to Skyhawk in private, pirates are already able to conduct some fast damage to any advanced player by just attacking the merchant fleets. Said players, should maintain the upper hand in full combat.
However, I really find interesting the idea of giving a special ship to pirates. I just don't agree with this setup.
For example, I would find with a Brig of War (that strong) that would have cheap upgrades and would impossible to target when level 1 by leviathans a much better option AND a fair deal.
