Nation to nation forum post via vote.

Ability for nations to directly comunicate using the nation forum system.

How it works

Basically a space is added on the message board for nations that can recieve posts and can send posts between nations.

Council members can select what rank is required to read and post in this area. Messages in voting will be visible to all.
Replies to yes voted messages will also be visible to all.

If a post is made and sent by a nation member , it goes to a 24 hour nation vote before it sends.
Majority approved messages send
Unapproved messages will not.

Message status will show on the forum post as sent, not sent
Approved, not approved or in voting.

All nation to nation messages require nation vote to send including replies.


Possiblity of on or off

Potentially

This system could by defaut be active.
But could be disable by vote of law.

Or be active but be disabled by rightful king.

Possibly both.

If it can be turned on and off this way.

Status would be clearly stated on the nation message board
And if disabled, who disabled it.
