Community Administrator Position

Ahoy,
I am going to pass Community Administration to a player. Here is the role description:
Title: Community Administrator
Brief Description:
The Community Administrator will undertake the responsibility of keeping all forums and in-games forums organized and clean. To ensure this, they will be able to assign more players to help them.
They will also be responsible to aid in the community development, mainly through forums.
Finally, they will be the voice of the development team to the players, when needed.
Permissions:
-Full Forums Access - Moderation abilities
-Ability to Moderate all in-game messages/discussion
-Ability to assign/remove forum mods
-Ability to assign/remove in-game forum mods (In-game forum mods are players who have the ability to edit in-game messages posted at discussion).
Reward:
-This is a responsible position and a critical one. There will be a symbolic monthly reward starting at 50 credits. This may be increased later depending on load.
Requirements:
I am looking for someone who can manage a community by helping newcomers and veterans. Someone who can remain competitive in his game while being fair and objective at the social side of the game.
Time commitment will be required but it is not something terrifying as we will look to establish this role with the help of moderators. A community administrator will be able to even take long absence from the game (as long,we define 2 weeks) during which not even a single login will be required. Longer Absences will be okay as long as some overseer can take place. At the rest of the time, the Community Administrator is expected to be fully aware of the community status and all open issues whether he manages this by being daily active or by being spontaneously active.
Suitable for this position are all current mods and whoever is genuinely interested for this and has the needed game experience.
