1.9.227: Plantations Workforce update:
The originally hidden attributes of Energy and Expertise are now descriptively visible at Workforce tab of your plantation.



You now have access to 2 of totally 4 hidden attributes that workers have. These are energy and Expertise.

Energy is the remaining energy of your workers. Also called as stamina. Energy plays a significant role in worker's production and health.
Expertise is the experience your workers have. Typically, this is affected mostly by their lifespan. The longer a worker lives, the higher his expertise will be.

Both attributes, as all attributes, are displayed there on average, for your convenience. The descriptions should be clear enough to determine which is better than the other one. However, be warned, the descriptions are quite broad.

So, for example, the worst status for energy is Exhausted. However, the worst exhausted with the best exhausted has a distance that is considerable. There are a number of reasons on why this is broad. Primarily, because we wanted to use synonyms that are easy to discern and hard to confuse. For example, Exhausted is easy to understand that is worse than tired. How about jaded though? Or Fatigued? Where do they stand when compared to tired? Or to each other? Since we wanted to avoid the exact number, this was a highway.

As to why we wanted to avoid number at the first place, this is mostly related with the desired difficulty we want plantations to have. Plantations are a hybrid feature, having both pvp and pve elements. The pve element side of them, requires some obscurity on the mechanics. This is the reason this were private at the first place. So, we respect the initial reason by keeping them obscure.

After all, the main reason they become public now, is because they will be utilized in the forthcoming workforce market, which is a pvp feature and needs transparency. When you will opt to buy workforce, you deserve to know the condition of the workers you are buying, roughly.

Finally, I will remind that there are 2 hidden attributes, which are both related to food: Hunger and Fat. Since this is quite easy to control or even guess when buying workers, these two will remain hidden.
