I'm not sure how many people might actually use this feature But i personally could use it.
I think there should be a way to easily found out if one of your ships has not distributed points.
Maybe an indicator in fleet list or in the fleet itself.
Possibly a number like "+2" for 2 unused points, or a letter "U" to indicate not used points. It can be a hastle to find a fleet that had one ship without used points.

1.8.18: Tracking down unspent attribute points of your ships:
Ship List -> Next to its level, a blue flag appears for ships that have unspent points.
Hovering your mouse over the flag, will notify you of the exact unspent points number.

1.8.19: When you are on Ships list, an option to Order ships by unspent attribute points appears at the right hand menu.

Useful to track fast ships with unspent points.
