In this single issue I agree with Roi, I will send some immigrants, no port should be eradicated, blame the port owner, not the people. I would also like to suggest those who give freely now and in the future should be repaid in a small amount of influence or a port bonus for saving or reviving populations. Not only it largely selfless but also improves the game and gives incentive for rebuilding not just destroying the population of Avonmora. Chalkos has suffered similar attacks not as bad a the victims in this annihilation.

Due to the recent earthquake across Avonmora all ports and kings and nations and governors have lost citizens. 17 million in total. I move that we cast 3 transport immigrants on the ports to increase port populations to their numbers before the disaster. The governors or kings that request assistance first shall receive it first.
