Consequently, this list is the exact order of their influence in the port of Tortuga as of this posting or its most recent editing. As that list changes, so does the order of precedence in which I will act on their concerns. As other ports become priorities to the nation of Wales, this list will be altered to include their influence in those ports as well. Each of these players has joined Wales at my urging. I owe them whatever I can offer.
It has been suggested that Tzogos join the list of ports to be controlled by Wales. It makes good sense so in the interest of peaceful implementation of this impending objective, I invite all players with influence in Tzogos to join Wales. This will have the effect of switching Tzogos to Wales control without changing the list of influential players in Tzogos and will gain those who join Wales a better trade profit when the future improvements are put in place. With unity comes strength. Unity under the flag of Wales ensures you a generous ally in times of need.
NOTE: Preferential support is automatically superseded by the need to get new citizens of Wales on to bigger things sooner. When new citizens are not immigrating, I can resume preferential support as outlined above. I ask that you don't cast Charity donation on me unless it is absolutely necessary in order to reclaim a port and definitely not if my influence multiplied by 1.05 is much greater than the influence of the player who has more influence than me in a port.
