I am leaning toward too strong or too much benefit for the amount of voodoo used.

Well a single Dutch Indian, English Indian, and Spanish Indian each have a standard bonus of 2% for non-gold bar resource trade route income. The goldbar is only 0.5%. There are two of each type so relatively a 4% for non-goldbar and 1% for goldbar just by the voodoo itself as it is stackable to 5 times upto 10% and 2.5% respectively . There should be an added benefit when combined.

I can do 6% bonus, which gives an additional 1% per card. And for goldbars I can go 2% which gives an additional 0.5% per card. Stack effects would be 12% and 4%, respectively.

Is the bonus from the East & West India too much? You can't add/subtract 0.5 gold coin to/from the price. I will reduce the Sell and Buy back, as the bonus for the East & West India is through the duration. Standard duration is 24 hours with it now being 72.

Except that all the voodoo in the recipe follow a particular naming profile. The ultimate trade voodoo should hold the name of the world and follow a similar naming format. Can't help that a guild has the same name. What else would you expect the voodoo to be called?

i like the name but since there is a guild of the same name, maybe change it to
United Indian Trading Company,
just to avoid confusion with the guild of same name(they were here first lol)
