If you want a more in depth evaluation.

Most payers have a taxes that revolves around 100k-300k. (I have a good amount of fleets, and mine is in the middle of that scale).

Reduce by 8? It is 37.5k even at 300k which is the max of the scale.

1 Bribe alone is worth way more than this save.

Sure you can factor in this as a direct counter to taxation. But a serenity can fix that as well. You gonna tell me that there should be a legendary card as a direct counter to a rare card? This is not powerful and I don't see it being a legendary.

It's more than you said, it's duration lasts for 5 days, at from 300k to 37k as you speak for 5 upkeep. This counters Tax and save you money if you have a large amount of upkeep. This save can also stop you from getting 0 Gold if you have no money and is offline.

That is actually not a bad idea, it would completely neutralize any upkeep.

Stipends is already enough to counter these "raids." And all this does is add little weakener to soften the blow.


A mere 1.3mil saved over those 5 days if you have an upkeep of 300k. Bribe is still worth more alone. And a card saving you only 1.3mil over 5 days should NOT be a legendary card.

And you know what else stops getting 0 gold when the tax hits? Carrying more than 300k gold on you and not being a complete idiot who is oblivious to basic game mechanics. There should be no voodoo that shields others from such stupidity or laziness. In fact, my stance would be towards voodoo that exploits such actions for the offense. There should be more risk and those who cannot comply with the basics should learn to comply at their own expense; not be shielded by a horde of cuddly voodoo.

Change Recipe to 2 Taxation, 1 Hidden Treasure

Change Effect to: Daily Upkeep and Taxes are set to zero for the duration

So what you are saying is, its too weak to be a legendary, am I correct? Or that it is too expensive to even use even if it is legendary.
