I actually proposed this in 2013 as an uncommon card but it was rejected. :o:

To make it more simple to implement and more simple too explain to new players; can we make this -2 danger at the top of the hour instead on every half hour?

The currently proposed recipe costs more than 100 credits +5M gold. That seems slightly too high to me.

Maybe:
12x Favorable Winds
12x Control the Skies
3x Hideout
3M gold coins
Crafting time: 48 hours

Casting turn cost: 50 turns
Resistance 65 (65% chance to resist Serenity and Purify)

Don't forget this could be used in the same way as a treasure fleet. A player could set their fleets on a 30 minute trade route and not accrue danger. See my post on the Royal Fleet topic: this card could allow a player to make 27M gold daily with 100 LM fleets.

I like this card, except for the "resistance" part. I think this card should be prone to purify and serenity in a normal way. Apart from that, a card like this seems like it could help players with a lot of ships lit up. A "defensive" card. Probably not among the most powerfol legendary cards, but still. This can be reflected in the cost and crafting time.

I'm worried about this because Danger is the most core mechanic of the game. By giving -2 danger per hour you effectively negate this core mechanic when fleets dock in ports. We already have a suggestion to do something really similar: Royal Fleet. If this were to be implemented then I see no need to implement Royal Fleet.
