Plundered Ships in Transit

I know this topic has been discussed before, but I am hoping to bring more light to it and hopefully fix a bug, if there is one.
When you plunder a fleet that is moving, as most of us know it will display this....
First.. 11 Hours! The fleet consisted of 1 SOLT, 2 LF, 1 FRIG, 1 Sloop. I don't think there is any 'Point to Point' that is 11 hours for this fleet set up. Possible bug #1
If you then click on "Instant Travel" (as you may want to try to secure such a fleet and not use a mindbar to do so, which I have so don't get any ideas!), This pops up!
So I am thinking Bug #2 is the turns to take to instant travel. If the time truly was 11 hours, it should take what? 350 turns to finish. NOT 2,153,046 turns. I am bad at math, but not that bad.

By using turns, this fleet can reach its destination immediately. For every ship in the fleet, you will need 1 turn per 10 minutes of remaining time.
You do not have enough turns to command an immediate move. You need 2150346 turns for this but you only have 253.
