Problem I found about ship bidding

While I was selling Large Merchantmens.

I discovered something that is very annoying and I have no idea if it was intentional.

So, I went and put up 12 LMM for sell on the market 10 days ago.

There is no bid on it. While most other ships was placed for 2 credits mine was 1.

And because no one went to look for cheaper ships. I get this and its not the problem.

But its because mine never made it to the front page when the LMM are being looked for.

And this made me wonder, if the way it works is that it is only on the front page because it was put up before mine or after mine, or if its random.

If it was random, I think this is very broken.

If its before mine, I get it.

If its after mine, then mine should be on the front page to get sold first. Because this makes it unfair, to those who have placed it faster should have theirs sold first using the term "first come first serve".

The ship market lists ships as they arrive : LMM's can have about 20+ pages so it can be a long wait in the queue : once a bid is made, they jump to the first pages, again ranked according to how long is left on the auction : some LMM's do go for 2cr, but its not always because they were listed or intially bid for at that : what can happen is that as they get near the expiry time, folk will bid them up to get a fast delivery in hours rather than wait a whole 24hrs : and, of course, some folk just click on the first one they see in the list, and never dig to find cheaper further along.

Thanks for clarifying this for me.
