i have lost the options to pause activate one of my fleets for some unknown reason 2 lines of text have disappeared, i was attacking npcs when the error occured is this some weird npc voodoo

You can only pause trade routes. Not fleets. If the trade route is deleted, the controls are removed.

manage to set up new trade route once i reached Tortuga, i assume i accidentaly terminated the trade route instead of activating it when at gasp.
however the option to reset a new trade route did not return until i reached Tortuga, i thought it would have given me the option to set a new route once the old trade route had been terminated hence the confusion
