So i have been on this one page that shows when everyone in the game gets nation rank promotions, but I can't seem to remember how to get back to it. Does anyone know how to get to that page again?

The location of some of the data links don't make any sense.

You were most probably looking for Global Events. Tavern -> Global Events

Anything related to other player-specific information is placed on the Tavern. There, the various Tavern visitors inform you of the latest information in Avonmora...

If some information is specialized, like economic data, you can expect to find it to its respected page (ie, economics in market, demographics in ranking)
