Is it possible to delete old forums from your country? There are some that I would like to keep, but some of them are useless, such as a king proclaiming that in the past, there were corrupt rulers who taxed the poor, then announced that he was taking all of the money from the treasury and giving it to his new nation. Just wondering...

No, you need to live with the mess I suppose.

The only reason to delete a post topic, is offensive language. Still, these forums are only moderated by reports and not all are reported. So you may well run into offensive language there.

To an extend, while we dislike it, we try to moderate in a limited way there, even when we receive reports.

just keep adding new topics : eventually the old ones will drop off the bottom of the listings... and sink into some limbo of historical obscurity..

Or maybe the donkeys ate the papers?
