How to fix events bar

If you are experiancing the problem of having events left on your events bar far after the time of the event, this is how to fix it.
Causes
-Receiving a large amount of attacks in a short amount of time
-Receiving a large amount of events without seeing them all.
-Not refreshing the page at the moment of such "event" occurring causing it to seem as it 100 events have happened at once.
How to Fix
1.Click on the events bar
2.Go back in your events by about x+1 amount of days depending on how long the event bar has been stuck.
-ex.It's been stuck for 4 days, go back into your events by 5 days
3.Leave events bar or press refresh
Why is this the Fix?
Because of the nature of the events bar if you get a new event the events bar will not go away until it recognizes you have seen that event. When you see the event, it is no longer recognized as a new event and thus the event bar goes away. What happens is, when you are blasted with tons of events, you often don't look at all the pages of the "new" events being reported to you. Because you don't look at all the events, the events bar does not go away. This is why you have to go back through all of the events before the events bar goes away.
What Proof Do I Have?
This has happened to me many times and I have "fixed" it many times. So my evidence is experience.
I hoped this helped!
