FFJ Explained

Postby PFH » Fri Mar 20, 2020 11:03 am

I lit up a player, and all of their fleets showed up. I went to attack and they all disappeared at once. Checked port battles and their other locations, and the fleets aren't there anymore. There were 20+ fleets there is no way all of those got hit with hideout in 2 seconds

Three ffj were cast and I went to attack and it said fleet was no longer available

For Lord's sake the fleets havent moved from their original positions

I think something is wrong with ffj or the danger system. I've never seen anything like this

May not be a bug... If the player you are hitting has long trade routes (Akrotiri to Prote, for example) and you cast 3 FFJ; they will only have 2 danger if the routes longer then a hour etc.

Such thing called Cron Jobs in the programming world. Designated scripts to run at particular times. In this instance the + Danger Rating Cron Job may run before the - Danger Rating does...

But, this case does not make sense unless its trade galleons or something similar. :)

Ive seen this happen before, but only on fleets that are NOT MOVING. What happens is, 3 Danger is applied right at the hour. You click attack at the same time. See the fleets. But then a -1 Danger on the hour is taken away. Effectively making them all disappear.

Again this was only in NON MOVING FLEETS.

IF they are moving, I dont know what to tell ya.
I don't fear death. I look forward to it with great anticipation. For then I will met God face to face and let him know that I stole his Man of War!!!
