Fishing Fleet

I have several fleets that when I send them to a new destination they immediately switch to fishing.  I have to recall them to port to use them but the next time I send them to a new destination -- the problem occurs again.

Any help would be appreciated

They are on a fishing route. Click on the fleet name to enter the fleet screen, then Cancel the Fishing route
