How are the ranks in nation treasury determine:

Inexistent
Destitute
Poor
Rich
Filthy Rich etc

How much do you need to have in treasury to achieve these ranks.

you know this is something I myself have wondered. I don't suppose someone can name all the ranks and the gold associated with them?
